Description
A plush-your-luck micro-Legacy game of hand management and adventure for 2 players.
The Plush Seers of your homeland have found the location of the fabled “Threads of Destiny” - an ancient artefact with the power to strengthen and preserve. There is only one problem: the threads are hidden in your rival’s homeland!
Players take turns sending plush stuffed-animal “Velvets” into their opponent’s homeland: seeking out their Threads of Destiny.
Each set of Velvet contains 2 lots of 12 cards (8 Velvet stuffed animals, 3 Obstacles, and 1 Threads of Destiny). Each player takes 1 lot of 12 and uses the included stickers to customise the look, stats and abilities of their Velvet plushies over the course of three games, to form the most powerful party of adventurers that the Plush Homelands have ever seen!
On your turn, you may Invade, Retreat, Scout or Explore your opponent's hand. The order of a player's hand cannot be changed once the game begins, and once a player reveals and Explores their opponent's "Threads of Destiny", they win!
A micro-Legacy game designed to be played in convention lines, Velvet is part Battleship, part dungeon crawler.
