サラウアバク(Sarau Abaku)
Description
-Phantom thief laughs, detective roars. The battle over the hidden treasure.
This is a mystery board game for two players in which the detective and the phantom thief can enjoy a brain battle over the treasure. Planning and production is led by board game designer Kengo Otsuka. Character designer Tatsuro Iwamoto(岩元辰郎), whose works include the "Ace Attorney" series, designed the characters for the cards.
The novel included with the game, which is a prequel to the main game, was written by Takeshi Yamazaki(山﨑剛), scenario director of the "Ace Attorney" series.
The well-crafted worldview is appealing.
The rules are simple. Turn over a card from a deck of your choice and place it in front of the treasure.
The phantom thief aims to steal the treasure, while the detective discovers who the phantom thief is disguised as.
The key is observation. Keep thinking, "Why did he put it there?" and keep thinking "Why did he put it there?
-Every choice you make is being watched by your enemies.
On the phantom thief's side...
Where is the real treasure hidden?
How and when should they steal it so that their disguise will not be revealed?
On the detective's side
How should the cards be arranged to protect the real treasure?
Who is the phantom thief disguised as among the six suspects?
Although what you do on your turn is simple, various thoughts intersect with each other.
It is a game of deduction and psychological warfare.
Planning and executive producer is board game designer Kengo Ōtsuka (大塚健吾).
