Description

The Battle of Polonka (Połonka) took place near Połonka (modern Belarus) during the Polish-Russian War (1658-1667) on 29 June 1660 between Polish-Lithuanian forced, led by Paweł Jan Sapieha and Stefan Czarnecki and Russian army, led by Ivan Khovansky. Thanks to the well made battle plan, tactical advantage and much more experienced and skilled troops, battle was a big victory of Polish-Lithuanian units, despite the fact that both sides have almost the same number of solders.

Game uses "Husaria" system and covers all three stages of the battle, including initial skirmishes and full battle.
