Hello Kitty Fjärilsspelet
Description
In the Nordic Hello Kitty adaption Fjärilsspelet ("Hello Kitty - the Butterfly Game" in English) players take on the role of cute kittens trying to catch butterflies. The mechanic is basically roll-and-move, and if you land on a spot with a butterfly, you roll a colored dice; if any of the colors on the side rolled match any of the colors of the butterfly you catch the little creature. You can also land on a spot with a flower, making one of you caught butterflies to escape to a field in the middle of the board. By landing on a spot with a butterfly net you get to catch a butterfly from the field. Finally, if landing on a spot with a bee, you can move to any spot on the board.
The game ends when all butterflies are caught. The player with the most butterflies matching the color of the bow in Kitty's hair is the winner.
Comes with four different Hello Kitty miniatures; red, green, yellow, and pink.
The game is also called Sommerfuglespillet (in Norwegian), Sommerfuglspillet (in Danish), and Perhospeli (in Finnish) respectively on the Nordic edition box cover.
