Auction

Players attempt to “furnish a home” as quickly as possible by acquiring furniture cards at “auction” or at “shop prices.” They must also sell furniture by auction.

“Rent” has to be paid players acquire the required kitchen and bedroom furniture cards. Furnishing a second bedroom produces rental income from a “lodger”.

The winner is the first player to have acquired a full set of furniture cards plus one other item.
