Description

Pronounced “oo-sol-lee”, the game thematically captures the experience of trying to do Salah (Islamic daily prayer) on time throughout the day. Usolli is built on the idea that passing on Islamic heritage and tradition can be a fun and engaging family experience.

Usolli features beautiful hand-drawn art with minimal text to create an immersive playing experience. Created using modern board game design principles, Usolli creates pleasant memories associated with Salah and provides an opportunity for parents and educators to talk about the importance of this pillar of faith.

In Usolli, you strategically collect cards to perform the 5 daily Salah and obtain Hasanat (or points). At the end of the game, the player with the most Hasanat wins.

Players take turns to one of the following:
- Either move to collect a card,
- Or discard cards to perform a Salah to get points. Praying on time and with Khusyu’ provides bonus points.

Watch out for Event cards that can help or hinder, and be mindful that the clock is always ticking! Just like in real life, you can't pray in advance, so aim to pray on time or make up for it if it's past the time.

The game ends when the Adhan tracker goes past Isha. Once the game ends, players add up their collected Hasanat. The player with the most Hasanat wins!

The default setup is simple with no downtime, perfect for beginner and younger players. An advanced mode offers more in-depth choices during your turn, suitable for older players or those more strategically-inclined. For example, Musafir cards that allow you to combine prayers, Sunnah prayer cards for bonus scoring, and special movement rules.
