Route Z

In Route Z players are trying to get a mini-bus down the road. The bus is escorted by 6 cars. Ahead of them are a horde of zombies, behind them the rumble of zombies on motorcycles. If they can defend the bus long enough, a ritual being cast on the bus will destroy all of the zombies.

Route Z is a cooperative game.

"The war was bad. One hell of an understatement, but it was nothing compared to what came next. Zombies. Sure, laugh it up. It’s easy to do when you are surrounded by your friends and not by a horde of putrid cadavers breathing rot down your neck.

If it had just been zombies we would have been fine. What is dead once can be made dead again; but these were puppets of evil humans, or rather, necromancers. They were using found magic to reanimate the thousands fallen during the war. Rumors spread that they had gotten a copy of the true Necronomicon but those were only rumors because we have the only real copy. Now we are fleeing for our lives with it in a battered school bus trying to incant the one spell that will send these blighted things back to whence they came. Our team is ragtag but our vehicles are fast. Hopefully they are fast enough to outrun the necromancers riding double on bikes: that’s right, they taught the damned things to ride Harleys."
