Description
Pez is a card game made up of 48 cards of 16 species of fish from our La Plata basin.
The complete deck represents the food chain of the river. The general idea of the game, with variations depending on the modality chosen, is to equal or exceed the numerical value of the card played by the immediately preceding player or by the opposing team (there are hand-to-hand modalities, individual up to 9 players and by teams in duos and trios). The player who plays the highest card takes the trick.
The winner or winning team is the one who manages to obtain more than half of the total possible points: there are 50 in total, as a reminder that the river is a living being and that the fish populations are not infinite.
