"Paean" is a free set of miniatures wargame rules for Archaic Greece, circa 800-480 BC. Intended for 1:300 scale or 6mm figures, but easily adapted to larger figures by doubling or tripling all measurements.

While basically historical, the rules give great emphasis to Heroic individuals.
