Mumbai Estate
Description
Each player secretly draws one out of five house colors. One of the remaining house colors is placed in the center of the 5x5 grid of the game board.
Each player has six windows. Five of them show the corresponding five house colors and one of them shows a compass rose. In their turn the player places their die on one of the windows to perform that action. They cannot use the action, which they performed in their previous turn.
When a player picks a colored window, they place a house in the corresponding color to the board. Depending on the setting of the black direction marker it must be placed horizontally or vertically adjacent to an existing house. A color circle determines which house color is allowed next to each other. For example, a brown house may only be build next to a gray or a yellow one.
When all houses of a player’s secret color have been build, that player yells “toping” and wins the game.
