In a rich metropolis once gave way to the mayor. But the city lives its life - and not all free sites are allocated for construction. Players try himself in the role of developers - they have to build up the metropolis of office and shopping centers. Cells of the game board is a place under construction. On each of them may appear a skyscraper or a few shopping centers. Skyscrapers are built together, and income from them is shared between the players.
