Kaivai Expansion

This expansion to the Polynesian-themed Kaivai includes four new types of huts and one new action:

• The Pearl Divers Hut produces shells from fishing.
• The Celebration Hut, when built, initiates a celebration on its island.
• The Chief Hut gives a counter used to affect bidding costs and which can be used as influence during the end-game.
• The Kava-Brewer Hut produces Kava, which can be changed into influence using the new action The Kava Ceremony.
