Description

Decipher the mysteries of Ancient Egypt in glyphs! Challenge your memory and uncover ancient secrets by combining the shapes and colors of forgotten hieroglyphs. And it's not just about remembering — your attention to detail is crucial to ensuring that the treasures of ages past don't disappear into the sands of time."

In Glifos, the fifth game in PaperGames Micro Line, you create a line of cards each containing a hieroglyph in one color. These cards are left revealed for 10- 20 seconds, then turned face down.

On each player's turn, a new card from the draw pile is revealed, and the "questions" section of that card will indicate a position in the row of face-down cards and what must be remembered by the player, either the hieroglyph or the color. The player must then try to remember the correct answer. If the player gets it right, they receive the card that was originally in the line; if not, the other players have the opportunity to try to remember and win the card, which is worth points. In either case, the card used to define the question then takes the place of the scored card, so the line continually changes during play, possibly causing the players' memory to fail as the game progresses.

When the deck of cards runs out, the player with the most points wins. Glifos can also be played co-operatively or as a solitaire game.
