Description

A long time ago, the universe was composed of a big soup of matter that slowly expanded, cooled down, and condensed. This led to the formation of different structures in space including asteroids, comets, planets, stars, black holes, and galaxies. We are just starting to understand how these different elements behave and interact with each other. Stars were always a subject of fascination for humankind. In this game, we give you the chance to participate in their formation and organization into galaxies!

In Galaxies, you create newly forming stars in central nebulae by drafting stars from a bag. On your turn, you either draft from the bag, which represents intergalactic condensing matter, or select one of the nebulae and absorb it in your forming galaxy. By doing so, you place new stars in your galaxy in order to have the better composition and conformation. This allows you to optimize your victory points according to variable shared objectives that are common and visible to all players.

Will you be the one who creates the best galaxy according to the established universe rules in this captivating intergalactic endeavor?
