Description
In Fisherman, players are competing in a number of fishing tournaments (rounds) trying to show they're the best angler in a number of types of competitions.
In each round, players first choose the conditions of the round - such as a specific fish (suit) to be worth positive points, whether low or high numbers are stronger, and which fish is the trump suit and worth negative points. More specifically, the order in which these are chosen is fixed; that is, the second player to choose in each round will always be choosing the high/low number piece.
At the end of each round, the player with the most points is awarded a medal worth 5 VPs, the second most 3VPs, etc. After a number of rounds, the player with the most VPs wins.
