Curio Black 1962

Curio Black 1962 is a high stakes undercover auction game, lasting around 15 minutes per player for 2-6 players. Outbid, outplay, and outlast the world’s nations to collect the most valuable artifacts, inventions, and deals for your country. The player who escapes the island with the most merit points wins the game.

Players bid on and win auctions to gain points. They then take their turns with playable action cards to try to get an upper hand in the night's dealings. The game is on a set event board, where each turn brings the black market closer to its eventual destruction.

Curio Black 1962 is a fictitious game rooted in dark history—the thick of American / Soviet tensions, the Cuban Missile Crisis, an escalating nuclear arms race—and pits players against the clock of atomic annihilation!
