Brew This!

You are an owner/operator of a brand new brewery. Your job is to brew and sell beer, keep your kegs from being empty through price and availability swings in the ingredients (barley, hops, and yeast) market, as well as through swings in customer preferences in the marketplace.

In this 18 card solitaire game, beers are brewed by using cash earned by selling beer to buy ingredients. Through randomization of ingredient pricing and customer preferences by dice rolling or by rotating and flipping cards, cash is earned and spent brewing and selling beers, which are tracked on the ale and lager kegs. Track beer volumes, cash, customer preferences, ingredient volumes and prices, etc. on the cards using numbers printed around the outside edges of the cards, rotated so that the current number is on top, and by laying one card on another, using markers lines on the bottom card.

When ingredients run out, the market is refreshed. The game ends when the market has been refreshed 5 times or both kegs are empty at the end of a turn. Total cash is treated as a final score.
